Anarchy Express is an anarchy-style hard mode SMP server with very few plugins, making us basically vanilla. The only safe zone is the spawn, and it's small; beyond spawn, everything is a no-man's-land, and there's no /spawn or /home commands to save you from the wilderness. Rated "delightfully dangerous" by The Council.
